Abstract
The Tamil people have a long
historical background. They have excelled in culture, music, education, and the
arts. They lived without comparing themselves to others. They lived not just
for themselves, but for others. They respected and honored women. It would not
be an exaggeration to say that culture and traditions from our land have been
carried to all other countries. They are individuals who have learned from
failure while achieving success. They possess a warrior tradition that
emphasizes protection for all. They have risen to such heights that they have
created the idea that one can only attain culture through refinement. The
history of such Tamils is marked by very refined cultural aspects, ranging from
the virtue of courage in war to the virtue of love. Highlighting the uniqueness
of these cultural aspects is the purpose of this article.
